Contact us
One address for everything: [email protected]
There is no contact form on this site, and that is deliberate. A form would mean a server collecting and storing what you type, which is exactly the thing this tool is built to avoid. Plain email keeps it simple and keeps your message between you and us.
Reporting a problem
Because the tool runs on your computer rather than ours, we cannot see what went wrong from our side. There are no server logs of your session to look at. A few details make a report far easier to act on:
- Which page you were on: images or video.
- Which model was selected, Model One or Model Two.
- Your browser and version, and whether you are on a computer or a phone.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot of the result usually says it faster than a paragraph.
- Anything the status line told you, such as “no confident match” or a warning about a faint trace.
If you are comfortable doing so, open your browser’s developer console (F12), reproduce the problem, and paste any red error text into the email. That single detail resolves most reports.
Please do not email us your files
We do not want copies of your images or videos, and we are not set up to handle them. Sending one would hand over the very file the tool was designed never to transmit. A screenshot of the corner where the watermark sits is enough for almost every question, and it is safer for you.
If a specific file genuinely cannot be described any other way, say so first and we will discuss it. Do not attach it unasked.
Copyright and takedown requests
This site hosts no user content. Nothing you process here is uploaded, stored or published by us, so there is no library of files for us to search or remove. If you believe something on the site itself infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with the page address and a description of the material, and we will respond.
Concerns about how the tool might be used belong in the same inbox. Our position is set out in the terms and the disclaimer: removing your own Gemini watermark is fine, stripping someone else’s copyright or stock-photo mark is not.
Business and press
Partnership, advertising, licensing and press enquiries go to the same address. Please put the subject in the first line so it does not get lost among bug reports.
Response time
This is a small project run alongside other work, so replies usually take a few days rather than a few hours. Every message is read. If yours is urgent, say why in the subject line.
Before you write
Two questions come up constantly, and both are answered already: a faint trace left behind is usually fixed by switching models or using the Touch up brush, and the invisible SynthID marker is not removed by this or any similar tool. The FAQ at the bottom of the image page and the video page covers the rest.
